my brother attended a public speaking class today (: and apparently cause it was their first week they started off with easy topics. my brother got 'what is your favourite song?' and guess what his answer was?

... justin bieber's baby.

why? according to him it's easy to talk about and everyone knows it. the teacher also commented: he has a great voice, less ums, and that he knows a lot about it (in depth background knowledge)

well duh. he went into a profound description regarding his concert, etc.

and at the dinner table he presented my mum a crumpled sheet of paper. my first thought: he scrunched it up in a tantrum but he still has to show the note to mum. i asked why the sheet was so dead ... and he said:

cause we got it when it was really windy and it got really annoying. and i couldnt be bothered opening my bag and putting it in cause it'd fly everywhere and not go in straight so i scrunched it up and put it in my pocket.

INGENIOUS. all those year meetings in the anzac quad with roaring winds ... me struggling to fold flying sheets into my bag ... yet all this time i could have scrunched it and put it in my pocket! i have no words to describe my current feeling.

oh and at his public speaking class he had to buy this folder with some stuff inside. 20 DOLLARS OMG.
it's the same folder treble used to bring to school :D
